2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the account.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. IEPTC is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. Permitted Use

IEPTC provides online educational content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase and are securely processed via Xendit. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and other channels supported by Xendit. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. IEPTC does not store payment information.

7. Refunds Policy

7.1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have accessed less than 10% of the course.
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with the course name and order number.

7.2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• More than 10% of course content has been accessed.
• Technical issues due to your internet connection or incompatible devices.
• Change of mind after accessing course content.

7.3. Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method in the same currency.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1. Resolution First

Before initiating a chargeback, you must contact [email protected] to resolve any issues. Failing to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

8.2. Evidence Submission

In the event of a chargeback, IEPTC reserves the right to provide evidence (e.g., login history, course progress, and transaction records) to the credit card issuer.

8.3. Fraud and Abuse

Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.

9. Privacy and Data Security

IEPTC complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173). Personal data is processed strictly for the delivery and improvement of our services. Payment details are encrypted and handled solely by Xendit.
